We’ll discuss best practices for setting up programs and services, and demonstrate how changes to an agency’s settings impact the overall use of Clarity Human Services.
Topics include:
- Understanding agency settings and sites
- Creating accounts and funding sources
- Managing assessments
- Creating programs and services
- Creating staff accounts
- Understanding sharing settings
Requirement for successful completion:
- Score at least 75% on each quiz in the course
