Whether you're a Matchmaker, System Administrator, Agency Manager, End User, or undefined coordinated entry role in your community, this course is for you.

  • Understanding the difference between Direct Referrals and Referrals to the Community Queue
  • Using multiple Community Queues
  • Navigating through the global Referrals tab
  • Managing pending referrals
  • Updating the status of a referral
  • Viewing a referral’s history

Requirement for successful completion:

  • Score at least 80% on the quiz at the end of the course.

Prerequisites: None.
