The Clarity Human Services: Train the Trainer course was designed with the trainer in mind, this is an expansion on our General Training course and gives the trainers tools and resources to facilitate the General training in a live environment. Some goals that we have for this training are: 

  • Acclimate you to Clarity Human Services and give you tools and resources to train your trainees
  • Teach you some of the best practices within Clarity
  • Encourage discussion between the facilitator and the participants
  • Help you understand the software
  • Prepare you for some real-world scenarios

In the end, we hope that you find these lessons short, impactful, and easy to understand.

Some things to think about when facilitating the course: 

  • What are the goals you have with your trainers? 
  • Does the format we've laid out work for your trainees?
