About this course: Our Train the Trainer course provides tools and resources for trainers to facilitate the General Training course in a live environment. 

The course includes all of the videos from the General Training course, along with Facilitator Guides and “Best Practices” videos to help you encourage discussion with your trainees and expose them to real-world scenarios.

  • Navigating through the software
  • Updating account settings
  • Using the mailbox and calendar
  • Creating and exploring a report

Requirement for successful completion:

  • Read all of the Facilitator Guides and watch all of the videos in the course.
