  • Searching for clients
  • Creating a client record
  • Creating a household
  • Viewing client history
  • Enrolling a client/household in a program
  • Providing services to a client
  • Conducting assessments

Requirement for successful completion:

  • Score at least 75% on each quiz in the course.
  • For King County, Marin, Nevada, Santa Clara County, Santa Cruz, and San Francisco:
    • After completing the General Training, contact your Agency lead for further instructions on Clarity Human Services account access.

Prerequisites: None.
