Software Administration: Certification Practice Exam

This practice exam is entirely FREE. You should complete the practice exam with a passing score before registering for and attempting the Software Administration Certification Exam. 

The exam will test your knowledge of key areas of Clarity Human Services.

Qualifications

Software Administration professionals possess the knowledge and skills necessary to implement, configure, and manage all aspects of Clarity Human Services. They have hands-on experience completing the day-to-day operational tasks needed to maintain a Clarity instance. 

We recommend meeting the following qualifications before taking the exam:

• Three months of experience as a Clarity Admin/Agency Manager
• Experience in using Bitfocus resources to better your understanding of Clarity Human Services
• Familiarity with HUD and the Data Standards
