Have you mastered Clarity Human Services? Do you run your operations like a well-oiled machine? Then it's time to validate your skill set by adding a Clarity Human Services: Software Administration Certificate. 

Purchasing This Course

From the date of purchase, you have two months to complete the exam and review the courses.

Qualifications

Software Administration professionals possess the knowledge and skills necessary to implement, configure, and manage all aspects of Clarity Human Services. They have hands-on experience completing the day-to-day operational tasks needed to maintain a Clarity instance.

We recommend meeting the following qualifications before taking the exam:

  • Three months of experience as a Clarity Admin/Agency Manager
  • Experience in using Bitfocus resources to better your understanding of Clarity Human Services
  • Familiarity with HUD and the Data Standards

We also recommend passing the Software Administration - Practice Exam before taking this exam.

  • Format: 120 multiple choice questions
  • Passing score: 80%
  • Exam fee: $99.00
